Yiğit Akü Went To Rostrum In Kocaeli

2011 Turkey Rally Championship continued with Ford Otosan Kocaeli Rally organized by Kocaeli Automobile Sports Association in short KOSDER. Race organized under the main sponsorship of Yiğit Akü between the dates of 30-31 July was run in soil stages in İzmit and around. Teams passed 4 different special stage in 3 times and covered special stage kilometers of 130,25 km in total.

Alptekin Işıkalp who succeeded to reach the finish in top ranks in a race being run in very hot weather and having challenging stages both went to rostrum and won the second cup.

Çok sıcak bir havada koşulan ve kırıcı etaplara sahip bir yarışta, üst sıralarda finish'e ulaşmayı başaran Alptekin Işıkalp, hem kürsüye çıktı hem de ikincilik kupasının sahibi oldu.

Experienced pilot Alptekin Işıkalp who evaluated the race said; “Firstly I thank to our sponsors for their supports. Thanks to their support, we went to rostrum, won our cup and represented both our sponsors and our team successfully. In the race in which we started with finish password we put signature under very good degrees. In future races, we will focus on driving with our real tempo”.

Yiğit Akü sponsorship will still continue in Hitit Rally which is the fifth step struggle of season in Turkey Rally Championship and will be run under ANOK organizer between the dates of 10-11 September.
